Who is Akihiko?

Akihiko is the third party member unlocked in Persona 3. He's a third year at Gekkoukan High and captian of the boxing team. His persona is Polydeuces and he specializes in electric and debuff skills. When you first meet him he's very confident and is kind of a musclehead, but as the game goes on you learn he's a lot deeper and actually has a lot of unhealed trauma.

Why I Love Him ♥

My pathetic sopping wet cat ... my boy ... I've been hopelessly in love with Aki for three years now and this parasite isn't leaving my brain anytime soon. Starting my first P3P playthrough I thought he was just a silly and kinda stupid guy, but he's incredible.

His social links with FeMC are really cute and silly while also having really great character moments. His lack of social awareness is super endearing!! His clumsy love confession always makes me smile no matter how much I watch it. He's not the best with words but you can tell he's being genuine.

I (for the most part) enjoy the new additions from P3R. Him making pancakes for everyone after shinji's passing was so sweet but also so sad. And the new info about Miki? Like him learning how to draw to make her happy and her making him a medal? Broke me. I don't cry very often playing games but Aki ... oh he's made me sob like three times (EVEN THO I KNEW SHINJI WOULD DIE!!) I'm totally insane over this autistic dude I'll love him forever ♥

he's autistic

he has needs glasses but usually wears contacts .. also he misplaces his glasses pretty often

has burn scars on his hands (stolen from this fic)

he buys little trinkets he thinks miki would like and leaves them at her grave

started working part time at a young age so he can support himself

he loves his adoptive parents and is very grateful for them, but has trouble connecting with them

Post-Canon HCs

NOTICE : this is my akiham post-canon hc. i choose to ignore the canon ending. my poor boy lost his parents, sister, and basically brother, he can at LEAST keep his girlfriend

aki graduates high school and takes a gap year to work and save up money. him and femc drift a little bit because they're both busy

aki starts training to become a police officer. once femc graduates she decides to go to community college and work part time as a daycare worker.

after a bit they start to reconnect and start seriously dating again. they decide to move into a studio apartment together

aki becomes a full time police officer and femc becomes a kindergarten teacher. they also adopt a dog together

when they're around 24 and 25 femc gets pregnant (surprise). they decide to have a small, kinda rushed wedding

they have a healthy baby girl and a couple years later have another daughter

aki spent most of his life alone, now he has his own family he's able to protect. also he'd be a total girl dad and play dress up with his daughters

also yukamitsu are the rich lesbian aunts
